1 cup thin white almonds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup unsweetened cranberries in apple concentrate
1 cup whole sesame
1 cup natural agave or maple syrup
Mix all of the ingredients. Spoon the batter at small distances onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in a 338 F (170 C) degree oven about 15 minutes.
